Emna Mizouni is a Tunisian entrepreneur. Originally a digital and communications specialist, she is the Founder of the Carthagina organisation; working on documenting Tunisian history and heritage for future generations. Emna occupies several leadership positions with The JOMI Group, Digital Citizenship DCO. She works to ensure digital inclusion and the spread of digital literacy across Tunisia. She is an advocate for open culture and knowledge, a global community leader in the Wikimedia Movement. She served as a curator of the World Economic Forum's Leadership Initiative for youth; the Global Shapers in the Tunis hub.
She is renowned for her contributions to several international entities focusing on human rights and technology.
